  2. Due to this meditation of seven days, a lot of difference was felt. Half an hour given for peace of mind from the full day's work was killing all the fatigue. Got physical and mental peace. Felt emotional stability. I realized that the most important thing is that I should be able to recognize myself. I realized that I should introduce myself to myself.

  3. This seven day workshop benefited me a lot. I got such a good experience at a young age. I was able to get energy for the whole day. There will be a lot of stress in further education but I learned how to be stress free while facing it. Realized that it will not work.
